Thank you for your interest in applying to vend at Fibre Rocks 6-7th June 2020 at the De La Warr Pavillion in Bexhill-on-Sea.

Our venue, the De La Warr Pavilion is on the sea front at Bexhill-on-Sea, a stunning location for a celebration of all things fluffy.

As a business, The Fibre Lounge embraces mental health, inclusiveness and sustainability at its core. This show will be an extension of the ethos we already believe and promote. Fibre Rocks will encourage community, kindness and be a true celebration for fibre crafters.

The De La Warr Pavilion has an amazing roof top terrace which will become an open lounge for the weekend. Customers will be able to sit, talk and craft at their leisure with sea views whilst enjoying guest talks with the subjects to be announced.

The show will host 50 exhibitors, carefully selected by our team. Our exhibitors will be able to set up on the Friday afternoon, with the assistance of porters.  That evening, there will be a meet and greet event for exhibitors to mingle, craft and listen to talks from guests in the industry with the subjects to be announced.

The venue has a capacity of 1000 footfall per day – we’d love to fill this! If you decide to vend with us we would appreciate your help to promote the show through your social media channels. The venue is located in the town centre with good transport links and a large pay and display car park. There is also currently free parking along the coast.

We have lots of exciting ideas planned for the event including free interactive exhibitions for all customers to have a go at centring around sustainability.

In order to offer an inclusive event, we feel it is important to consider the cost to attend. Whilst we are unable to make the event free, we will have a relative number of free tickets available.

The cost to vend is £295 and includes:

  • 2x2.5m open pitch

  • 2x exhibitor pass

  • 2x customer ticket to give away

  • Friday evening meet and greet with talks

  • 50 promotional flyers

  • Social media feature in the lead up to the event

  • Feature in show booklet

  • Promotional image for use online will be provided

  • Free refreshments available all weekend

  • Electricity to stalls and wifi

50% deposit will be due 1st September 2019. Remaining balance will be due no later than 31st March 2020.

We are proud to be partnered with MindOut for the event. We will be running a raffle over the weekend – if you would like to donate a prize, please let us know on the sign up form.

We will also be running a competition for Best Dressed stall, the winner of which will be voted for by customers over the weekend and the prize is a free stall at our 2021 show. We want to make this the boldest and brightest show we can, so a bit of healthy competition should get all your creative cogs turning.
